Gilbert Tiger Enterprise, Inc. dba D & R Construction is a licensed general contractor holding a KB-1 Arizona Registrar of Contractors License (#328904). We are fully licensed and bonded in both Arizona and California.
Founded in 1997, D & R Construction has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial construction services. Our experience includes new construction, tenant improvements, renovations, additions, and ground-up developments across a wide range of industries.
With in-house crews specializing in concrete, excavation, and greenhouse construction, we maintain greater control over quality, scheduling, and project execution. As a self-performing general contractor, we also complete concrete, grading, framing, drywall, stucco, tile, and painting work, allowing us to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
Over the years, D & R Construction has successfully completed more than 1000 restaurant remodels and ground-up construction projects, as well as convenience stores, educational facilities, rehabilitation centers, and various commercial and industrial developments. Our commitment to safety is reflected in our leadership team, with all owners, project managers, and superintendents maintaining a minimum OSHA 30 certification.
